consonari features performers Anna Larson, violin, Joel Rodeback, horn, and Kaden Larson, piano performing works by Florence Price, Sergei Prokofiev, and Johannes Brahms.


Anna Larson teaches violin and chamber music at the University of Texas. She has degrees from Indiana University

Joel Rodeback who holds degrees from the Juilliard School and Indiana University, has performed with the Utah Symphony, the Hawaii Symphony and at the Metropolitan Opera. 

Kaden Larson is a professor of piano at Tyler Junior College in Texas. He holds degrees from Indiana University and Brigham Young University.

Dr. Jeremy Starr

Dr. Jeremy Starr has a distinguished and dynamic career in music, excelling as an orchestra conductor, violinist/violist, and strings educator. He has performed as a soloist with orchestras and in recitals across the United States and internationally. As an influential educator, he has conducted over 150 clinics and master classes in the U.S. and abroad. He received his Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance from Brigham Young University and his Master of Arts and Doctor of Musical Arts in Orchestral Conducting from The University of Iowa


Dr. Jared Starr

Dr. Jared Starr is a versatile performer, dedicated string educator, and accomplished composer/arranger. He has performed with renowned artists such as Gil Shaham, Joshua Bell, and Renee Fleming, and is currently active in Utah with the Sky Island String Quartet. His performing career includes extensive experience in Florida, where he played with six orchestras, gave solo recitals, and participated in numerous chamber music performances. As a highly sought-after teacher, Dr. Starr maintains a full schedule as the owner of Jared Starr Music Studio in Sandy, Utah. He holds a Doctorate and Master of Music in violin performance from Florida State University and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
